At SynerFlow AI, we’re committed to delivering high-quality AI solutions and services. Below is our refund policy, designed to balance transparency, fairness, and the realities of working with both prebuilt and custom digital products.
Free Strategy Sessions
All booked strategy sessions are currently free of charge. While no payment is required, we ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us ensure availability for other clients.
Prebuilt Chatbots
Clients who purchase prebuilt chatbot models are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of the bot going live on their website.

Refunds requested beyond the 30-day window are not eligible.

Customizations made to the bot after deployment may void eligibility.
Custom AI Solutions (Custom Chatbots, Agent Workflows, Integrations)
Custom-built solutions are non-refundable once the project begins, due to the time and resource commitment involved.
However:

If we are unable to deliver a specific part of the custom order, that portion will be refunded at 100%.

If the undelivered portion represents a material part of the order, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.
Subscription Services (e.g., Monthly Maintenance, AI Agent Hosting)

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

If a technical issue (e.g., a bot malfunction or hosting failure) lasts more than 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund for that month’s service fee.
Non-Delivery
In cases where we are unable to deliver a purchased service or solution, a 100% refund will be issued for the undelivered item.
